Modus Publications is a subsidiary of Modusventure. These terms govern your use of this website and any books or publishing services purchased through it.

Ordering

Book listings on this site are informational. To purchase a title or request a publishing service, submit an enquiry through the contact form; we’ll follow up by email with pricing confirmation and delivery details before any payment is taken.

Digital delivery

Ebooks are delivered digitally (PDF/ePub) to the email address you provide, typically within the response time shown on the Contact page. Purchased ebooks are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly.

Refunds

Because ebooks are delivered instantly as digital files, sales are generally final once a file has been delivered. If you believe you received the wrong title or a defective file, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Publishing services

Publishing, marketing, and related services are scoped and quoted individually after an enquiry. Terms specific to a service engagement will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Intellectual property

All book content remains the property of its respective author or publisher. Site content, design, and branding belong to Modusventure and Modus Publications.

Limitation of liability

This site and its services are provided as-is. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the books and services purchased through it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here is the one in effect.
